Regrettably, however, when employing our WORLDWIDE service we cannot be held responsible for any applicable restrictions or laws in the destination country, be they import taxes or even the possibility of electronic cigarettes and their cartridges being illegal and thereby subject to confiscation.

The 1 Day Courier Service service is subject to orders being taken before a certain hour the previous day (variable according to depot) and does not necessarily include deliveries on Saturday mornings, or Sundays. Incredible Idea will take orders from any country for delivery to any country, however Incredible Idea can take no responsibility for the legality or lack of legality of electronic cigarettes or any piece of IT equipment or IT catridges, or the possibility of confiscation in any country. Thus it is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser to check the laws and tarrifs that relate to an order of IT. Incredible Idea can provide no refund or responsibility in the event of any shipment relating to IT being confiscated by the customs or subject to an imporation taxes. Incredible Idea can only provide documentary evidence of dispatch and attempted delivery.
